Hoa Lu, 100 km south of Hanoi, was the capital of Vietnam under the Dinh dynasty from 980 BC to 968 BC. This place is one of the most complete sanctuary because it was not bombed during the war in Vietnam. This is an important part of the cultural history of Vietnam.  The story  of King Dinh and King Le is presented in a simple but still deep way,  it is especially full of pride and respect with ancestors in this country.

This ancient capital is about 300 hectares, it’s surrounded by a series of stone arches, majestic landscape. The gap between the mountainside is built in brick, Sincerely brick, embankment height of 8 – 10 meters. To Hoa Lu, we will visit the two main temples: Dinh King Temple and  Le King TempleNowadays, visitors have chance to see 2 temples: King Dinh and King Le temple built from 17 century with the special buddhism architect . After visiting the capital of Hoa Lu, we go to Tam Coc about 12 km away about 10 minutes by car (30 minutes by bike)

Tam Coc is also a place of stunning beauty with limestone mountains, considered as “Halong Bay on land” . The highlight here is the rainbow over the Boi River with towering cliffs. The trip through three caves will give you the unforgettable feeling.

After lunch, relaxing on boat in Tam Coc area is the best choice. Travelers feel the nature of picturesque landscape. Visiting by rowing boat is the only choice to explore the 3 gorgeous caves.
